Andrew was excellent. My partner and I wanted to take our time with the process and look at properties all over the place, from Kitsilano to Coquitlam, and in all price ranges and sizes as we were strategizing a move that would be financially good as well as finding a place that would feel like home. That complicates things for a realtor, but he was very patient and accommodating, taught us a lot and took us to viewings wherever they were. With his help, we finally found a place that checked all our boxes and have been very happy with the place since.

Aside from being a fantastic realtor, Andrew is just an all-around great guy! Not only was he very knowledgeable about the properties he showed me, he was also very good at honing in on the specific characteristics that I was looking for. This had the added benefit of helping me continue to only spend time looking at properties that were actually worth my time to go and view -- and that was deeply appreciated given how busy my schedule was with work. Andrew is a consummate professional in everything he does - from his first sit down with you to long after you've closed on your property. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking at purchasing a property on the North Shore or in Vancouver.
